the ost viewer tool enables the user to read or view ost files including emails, contacts, calendars, etc. this tool provides minute details to the user such as from, subject, to, sent, received, path, subject, cc, to, bcc, etc. a user can directly view attachments that are associated with ost files. this software eliminates the requirement of any email client or exchange server environment to view ost files. so, a user can directly use the ost file reader along with all the data items. the ost viewer tool also provides the option to view the detailed information of the msg file by using multiple preview modes including normal mail view, hex view, properties view, message header view, mime view, html view, rtf view & attachments view to view the complete header details to the user in which normal view provides details like from, to, cc, bcc, etc. hex view deeply analyzes the msg file by providing bit by bit information. properties view displays properties like message, class, subject, etc. the message header shows all the details of the file. mime view includes version, id, etc. rtf view is a plain text format. attachment view displays attachments like images, documents to the user. so, a user can open msg files without outlook & they can easily analyze header information. the user can view his details including contact details, address details & the email address associated with contacts, etc. it also provides sorting feature to sort ost viewer contacts based on different attributes like from, company, file as, business phone, home phone, mobile phone, categories, subject, location, start, end, and categories. as well as it also provides an option to view calendar details such as path, location, start time, end time, recurrence, etc. the ost viewer tool provides an advanced option to change the directory temp folder path from c-drive to any other drive which will reduce the main memory consumption which in turn will protect your software in case of a heavy workload.
