for all the items you want to access and view, the edb viewer pro software shows the respective attributes. for example, you can see the properties of the email like; from, subject, to, sent, date of receipt, size in kb; same for contacts; you can view full name, company name, phone number, email address, etc.; and so on, other objects can be observed. to open and view exchange edb files, the edb viewer pro software scans the edb file. this can be done in two different ways, such as quick scan & pre-scan. quick scan mode allows you to scan the file and load the data on the other side. however, if the edb file becomes severely damaged, switch to advanced scan mode to open the edb file. when saving an email or item as a pdf file format, the edb viewer pro software allows you to choose any naming option you like. save as many options available as: mm-dd-yy format, dd-mm-yyyy, mm-dd-yyyy etc.; by default, the software stores emails by subject. this report includes details such as: the name of the selected mailbox and the location of the exported files. you can also save this report in csv file format for future reference.
